Traditional riad in the heart of the Medina. Best service. Beautiful house. Traditional Medina house, close to all sightseeing places. Entirely renovated and interior-designed. It has 3 double bedrooms with en suite shower-rooms plus one suite which has a good size master bedroom with a four-poster bed, en suite bathroom with lovely round tadelakt bath and a small sitting room with a settee which can be made into a sleeping area suitable for two young children. Downstairs the dining-room and kitchen open onto the patio with its fountain & breakfast area. There is also a cosy double living room with sat TV/DVD player, fireplace, two sitting areas with traditional Moroccan sofas around low tables suitable for Moroccan-style dining. Air-conditioning & Heating in all rooms. Roof terrace with solarium and further dining area Shopping in the souks for local handicraft and everything you may want is 15min on foot. Bird watching (storks nesting ground) from the roof terrace or best from the restaurant terraces on Place des Ferblantiers 10min away. Experience the spas in Marrakech with hammam, gommage (vigourous body scrub !!) and massages. Simple relaxing massage with essential oils can also be done at home. A 50% deposit is due to secure the booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal cheques on a French bank or else international bank or Western Union transfers. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there are no fees. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a 50% fee. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
Arrival and departure policy: Any agreed residual booking payment will be collected in cash in Euros upon arrival together will all the passports. One passport per booking will be retained for the duration of the stay and returned upon payment of all goods and services purchased and any loss or damage caused during the stay.
Additional guests policy: Additional guests above the number prebooked will not be allowed unless with the specific agreement of the owners in which case additional payment will be due upon arrival. Moreover the arrival and departure policy will apply separately from the original booking. The local managers are empowered to refuse access to any person who has not obtained such agreement.
Food and kitchen use policy: No food or drinks are allowed in the house and access to the kitchen is restricted unless in the event of the rental of the whole house on a self- catering basis.
House linens and cleaning: Linens are always provided. Guests should refrain from dropping linens on the floor and remove them from the house. Linens are changed twice a week. Daily cleaning of the bedrooms except in the case of weekly rentals when it is twice a week.
Smoking policy: Smoking is forbidden in the house except on the roof terrace where butts should be disposed of in the ashtrays provided.
