Full payment is due in advance to fix the reservation. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $ 50.
For cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 25% of the rent due.
For cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival and more than 7 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 50% of the rent due.
There are no refunds for cancellations 7 days or less prior to arrival.
Rules: Smoking is not permitted in the house. Its a wood house! Please keep the kitchen clean and free of crumbs - otherwise you may make acquaintance with animals you possibly do not like. Dispose of all trash appropriately.
