Cancellation Policy: $500 deposit required, • Balance due 30 days before arrival (60 days for Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's and res. 14 nights and over). • If you cancel your trip more than 60 days (90 days for Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's and reservations 14 nights and over) prior to arrival, your entire deposit will be refunded within 30 days minus a $100 processing fee. • If you cancel 60 days or less but more than 30 days ( 90 days or less but more than 60 days for Holiday season as above and res. 14 nights and over) your deposit will be refunded less $200 processing fee. • If you cancel your trip 30 days or less ( 60 days or less for Holiday season as above and reservations 14 nights and over) before arrival, your entire deposit and balance will be non-refundable. If we can rebook, we will refund that portion which is re-booked less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds for natural disasters. • We recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance Rules: Rates are Subjected to Change without Prior Notice.
Additional charges (to credit card on file) may be assessed for late departure, excessive laundry, extra cleaning, any damage/theft that may occur during your stay, and excessive air-conditioning usage. (On bookings of 28 days or longer, any electric bill exceeding $200 will be billed to credit card. If air conditioning is not abused, you will never exceed $200.)
