Ref 8074 Candy Cottage is a terraced cottage next to a cafe in the centre of Llangollen in North Wales. The cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside the cottage is a small courtyard with furniture. Candy Cottage is right in the centre of Llangollen and is just a one minute walk from the River Dee and the railway station.

Gas central heating with additional heating from gas fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine, 2 x TVs with Freeview, 2 x DVDs, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Parking in car park 2 mins walk away (Denbighshire County Car Park Pass supplied). Small rear patio with table and chairs. Pub, shops and restaurants 2 mins walk. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
