Five bedrooms offer accommodation for up to ten people, with some bedrooms enjoying en-suite facilities, televisions or river views. There is an excellent kitchen, a large conservatory, lovely sitting and dining rooms and a patio garden with a summerhouse and views of Castell Dinas Bran, a hillside ruin popular with walkers who enjoy the breathtaking views once they reach it. Canal boats, good walks, water sports and excellent walking are all within easy reach.

Full gas central heating, gas fire in sitting room. Rangemaster cooking range with electric double ovens, 5 ring gas hob & hot plate, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 36" TV/DVD with Freeview, 4 x further TVs/DVDs with Freeview, stereo/CD, WiFi. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair & stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars (parking area shared with owner). Enclosed rear patio garden with summer house, furniture & large gas BBQ. Two dogs welcome at £15 per dog per week. Sorry, no smoking. Llangollen's amenities 4 mins walk. Note: Eisteddfod weeks of 29th June and 6th July 2012 charged at £1085 per week (inclusive of £35 booking fee). Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
