Ref 5504 Tan Dderwen is a detached cottage dating from Victorian times, in the small seaside town of Llanfairfechan in North Wales. There is a double room and a room with bunk beds, and a family bathroom. The fitted kitchen has a dining area, and the sitting room has a multi-fuel stove, lovely on cooler evenings. Outside is a side garden with furniture, and parking can be found on the roadside nearby. With Conwy and Snowdonia easily reached, Tan Dderwen makes a comfortable family base all year round.

Storage heaters throughout, additional heating from multi fuel stove in sitting room. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking. Side garden with garden furniture. Two dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 3 mins walk. Note: Garden is reached via 10 steps, small children will need parental supervision due to 5' drop from edge of garden to road level below. Note: Staircase is rather steep with low head clearance. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
