Ref 7087 The Stable is a welcoming terraced cottage in a group with two other holiday properties and the owners' home, in a rural location close to Talgarreg, near Llandysul. The bedrooms - a double and a twin - offer comfortable family accommodation, and there is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The open plan living area is well equipped and cosy, with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, guests can relax on the patio or head to the shared lawn or games barn to use the play facilities including football net, swings, trikes, badminton and table tennis. There is off road parking for two cars. With both the coast and country easily reached, The Stable is a great base for families or friends.

Wall mounted electric heaters throughout. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, shared use of washing machine in utility, dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, video, books/DVDs/videos/games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared bike storage. Private patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Shared lawned area with football net, swing and climbing frame. Shared games barn with table tennis, netball net, badminton and selection of small trikes. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles. Pub 1 mile. Note: Large unfenced fish pond in grounds, children to be supervised at all times. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
