There are two bathrooms, one with the added bonus of having a whirlpool bath. Other treats include underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove for the colder months, whilst, in the summer a grassy area, complete with picnic benches offers ample opportunity for a spot of outdoor dining. A unique and charming property at any time of year.

Underfloor heating on all floors, heating from woodburner in kitchen/diner. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD player, stereo/CD player etc. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair on request. Outside is a grassed area with picnic benches, offering superb views of Snowdon and surrounding mountains. Off road parking for 3 cars. Up to 2 well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and other amenities 3 miles. No Telephone, No Smoking, Parking Available, Twin Bed, Child Friendly, Crib, Washer/Dryer, Double Bed

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
