Roe Deer House Ref 8139 Roe Deer Cottage is a lovely, ground floor cottage, next to the owner's home, on the outskirts of Lincoln. With one double bed, and an additional folding bed available, it sleeps three. There is also a bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with woodburner and dining area. Outside there is off road parking and also a lovely, large garden with a patio area. Roe Deer Cottage is great for a romantic getaway with the benefits of both the countryside and city close by.

Full oil central heating, additional heating from woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD player. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot. Off road parking for 2 cars. Rear lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
