The regional capital of Murau is only 6 km away.,Fishing possible dirct in the Mur approx 1 km away. Numerous hiking and cycle paths from the house. Good ski tour area. Excellent area for "Schwammerl". Entrance to the wellness area and indoor pool is not included in the price. The holiday park with indoor pool, sauna, restaurant etc is closed from mid-April to mid-May and mid-October to the beginning of December.
