This detached and fully renovated villa can accommodate up to 6 persons. The total (residential) area is (from) 59 m², spread over two floors. This type of villa offers everything you need for a super holiday. It is a comfortable accommodation with a luxurious interior. On the ground floor you'll find a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet; a kitchen; living room and a terrace (the layout may differ from one accommodation to another: either one bedroom on the ground floor furnished with two single beds and two rooms on the first floor furnished with two single beds, or two bedrooms with two single beds on the ground floor and a mezzanine level bedroom furnished with two single beds). The comfort villas have a microwave, coffeemaker, outdoor terrace with barbecue and picnic table, a fireplace, TV with SCART connections for DVD player/ Playstation / X-box, a highchair and a crib. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with a stove (4 burners) plus all the necessary equipment for the number of guests. The bathroom has a bathtub (with shower) and a sink.
