Ref 1703 Set in a private marina on the River Lark, this Scandinavian-style, wooden lodge is on the border between Suffolk and Cambridgeshire, just a mile from the village of Isleham. With free fishing all year round, trips on the owner's rowing boat and a delightful river-fronted garden with decked area, this lovely property is ideal for people who just want to spend a few weeks messing around on the river. Decorated in a clean, modern style, this lovely lodge is able to sleep four people in one ground floor double room and one first floor twin room with a balcony that overlooks the outdoor dining area. The main living space of the property is open-plan and comes with a well-equipped fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and a sitting area with patio doors leading onto the veranda.

Full gas central heating throughout (under floor heating in shower room). Air conditioning. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 2 x colour TVs (one with digibox), DVD, CD player/radio. Library of books/games/DVDs. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned garden with patio & veranda. Decked area with garden furniture. One small well behaved dog welcome by arrangement. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile. Note: Unfenced river at bottom of garden. Children must be supervised. Note: Narrow spiral staircase in property may be unsuitable for the less mobile. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
