A 10% deposit is required for booking your to be confirmed.
No booking is confirmed until the deposit is received.
This can be done by means of a bankers draft made payable to Alimar Inc. You can then FedEx the draft to Alimar Inc,c/o The Oral Care Centre, Manor Lodge Complex,Lodge Hill,St. Michael,Barbados.
Alternateivey – a bank transfer can be arranged Then, 90% (the balance) is due 30 days before arrival either: bankers draft/wire transfer/travelers cheques (payable to Alimar Inc.)
Visa/Mastercard can be arranged, but due to high bank charges, there is a 5% surcharge for these types of payments.
A damage deposit of $200.00 is due on arrival and will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages.
We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay.
You will be charged for missing items including missing towels & linens, keys, Property Owners' Club passes etc. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear and for violations to the house rules (e.g smoking indoors) Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $100.00.
For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 50% of the deposit.
There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
Smoking is permitted on the front porch or garden.
