This is an adult community, one renter must be 55 years of age and no renter under the age of 18. 10% discount for three months or more. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation non-refundable administration fee after booking is $150. Reschedule of rental booking negotiable. 10% discount for three months or more.If you have any reason to suspect that plans might change prior to occupancy Travel Insurance is a recommended option.
