This nice chalet is located on the island of Ischiam, just 350 meters from the beautiful beaches. Villa Maria Luisa is situated in the historical center of Forio d'Ischia (100 meters from the port and 300 meters from the beach of Chiaia - ideal for children) and is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden of about 2000 m2 which contains lemon, mandarin, orange and palm trees. In this cozy holiday park you'll find 5 special apartments / cottages (recently renovated) of varying sizes (60/90 m2) which can accommodate between 2 and 5 persons (max 6 persons). Each apartment has its own private terrace and garden. In the spring you can enjoy the pleasant scent of blossoming citrus trees. From the port of Forio boats depart daily to various attractions in the area such as Naples, Capri, Ponza, Ventotene, Sorrento and Positano, Amalfi, Pompeii and Vesuvio. The accommodation is in Forio, on the northern side of the island. This area is known for its wine production. Here you will also find the beautiful beaches of Citara Cava, Chiaia and San Francesco as well as the thermal spas of Citara (Poseidon and Negombo) situated in the Bay of Sorgeto where you can enjoy a hot bath (outside) year round. The charming historical center of Foria, with its tiny streets, churches, lighthouse and monuments, is within walking distance. Other activities around the apartments include a variety of water sports and tennis. Along the scenic coast you can take splendid walks. This all makes for a fantastic holiday for the whole family. Swimming pools, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all within walking distance. The undulating shoreline of Forio allows you to swim well. What's more, remote swimming places (such as ZÿRÓ) can easily be reached as well as special places like Sorgeto near Panza, which because of its hot springs, is an ideal place for a night swim in the sea.
