Situated in the shady Bnei Beitcha suburb of Eilat near the Joseftal Hospital and the Egyptian Consulate, Villa Kibel has ample parking in its vicinity. The villa is a 10 minute walk from the beach which is 1.1 km away. In the immediate vicinity is a shopping center with a supermarket, a laundromat, hairdresser, restaurant, newspaper/stationary store and other general purpose shops.

Russell's Villa Kibel Apartments all have attached bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet. Each has a small electric cooking range, a color TV, a fridge and some general kitchen utensils - glasses, kettle, cutlery, crockery etc. Fresh linens, soap, and toilet paper are provided. Each suite has ample cupboard space, dining tables and chairs, two beds that can be pushed together to make a double and a fold out couch that sleeps two.

The Maisie Apartment is Wheelchair friendly. There is a wide parking area for a large van or even two cars, under the shady awning over the entrance. The Maisie Apartment is on the ground level and accessible without steps. The extra-wide entrance and bathroom doors make this suitable for invalid or handicapped guests. If the handicapped guest has to provide for service personnel, then parking is also available in front of the adjacent Jack Apartment. There is a view of the Red Sea from the shared garden patios.

Additional Russell Lodgings are available at 353/1 in Azor Alef near the Eilat fire-station and first-aid center: The Russell Apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, toilet- shower and is suitable for 7 guests.
