GENERAL PROPERTY INFORMATIONS Very well restored cottage with lovely views Position: On the edge of the small village of Savignac de Duras and just two miles from the hilltop village of Duras for good everyday shops, bars and restaurants. Supermarket and more extensive shopping at Sainte Foy, 12 miles away. Golf at the Chateau de Vigiers about 13 miles away. Many fortified bastide towns to visit in the area, as well as the vineyards of Duras and those of Bordeaux, including Saint Emilion, all within easy reach. Set on a hillside with uninterrupted views towards Duras, the cottage, which is part of wine producing estate, surrounded by vines and fruit trees, has a large area of lawned garden with fenced private pool (10x5m 21/05-11/09).
