Beachfront Lovely Apartment with Safe Swimming Beach The apartment is situated on the Palm Jumeirah halfway on the trunk of the Palm. You ‘ll find it on the fourth floor of the Al Hallawi Building (Building 14). The building is a part of the Shoreline Apartments. All built in an Arabian style. The apartment measures about 110 m2, is air-conditioned and includes: - A spacious fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, toaster, combination gas & electric fire with large oven, dishwasher, washing machine with drying function, combi grill microwave, coffee machine. - The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player, lounge with two sofa beds (110 cm), dining table, computer desk with computer, permanent unlimited wireless internet. There is also a water cooler available with drinking water.

The apartment is accessible by wheelchair. The rent of the apartment includes water, gas, electricity, TV, PC and unlimited use of the Internet. The apartment is cleaned every three days. At the same occasion the linen and towels are replaced. A set of baby cot, chair and stroller at additional charge.
