The remaining two bedrooms have (two and three) single beds. The apartment has a beautifully decorated dining room and a separate living room. The living room is equipped with a plasma television, video and MP3 players and leads to the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with thermostat-taps, a massage shower, a bathtub and a toilet. The U-shaped kitchen has a dishwasher, an oven, microwave and large refrigerator. In the laundry room there is a second refrigerator and a washing machine. In addition, the villa has several balconies and there is a playpen with baby toys.
