Payment Policy: All Rates In British Pounds. A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking with payment in full if booked less than 8 weeks before departure. The final payment and a £200 refundable security deposit will be required 8 weeks before departure. Lock box code and full directions are sent 2 weeks before departure.
For stays of less than one week an additional £40 cleaning charge will be made.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 6-8 weeks before departure - full refund
Cancellation 4-6 weeks before departure - 50% refund
Cancellation less than 4 weeks before departure - No refund.
Rules: The security deposit is held until the departure clean has been carried out. This is then returned to you assuming there has been no damage caused.
There is a clubhouse keycard in the condo which is for use only by the guest. This should be left in the condo on departure.
