This villa has a total area of 126 m2 of usable space. On the ground floor there is a lounge with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen and a small toilet. The first floor contains 2 double bedrooms with built-in cupboards and a shared bathroom. On the second floor there is another bedroom furnished with two single beds and with an en-suite bathroom. Wonderful furniture, a complete array of white goods as well as air-conditioning units in each bedroom and in the lounge. All floors have access to a balcony / terraces, from where you can see the amazing lake, mountains and forests.

Getting there
All guests will receive one free breakfast in the excellent "Akkaya Garden" restaurant along with one free hour of horseback or pony riding. This is just part of what you receive when staying in an apartment of the Secret Valley of Dalaman. This apartment is ideal for a self-catering holiday. It is located on the second floor of a block of flats and offers a wonderful view of a pine forest and lake. It is a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. With no traffic noise at all, only the sounds of nature - very tranquil and quiet. You can enjoy the sunset from the balcony or by the communal poolside. There is also a pool-side café and bar plus a gym on-site. The Akkaya Restaurant and the market are only 5 minutes away by car. Here you can enjoy a five star menu as well as do shopping for your basic needs. One of the best features of the Secret Valley is that it is only 20 minutes from the International Dalaman Airport (by car).
