The actual interior space of the main building is 200 m2, plus an additional 60 m2 of space in the basement guest house. - There are two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms; a round-shaped, high-roof living room with a large fireplace; an open plan kitchen; and a dining area by the terrace doors which provide access to the terrace. Walk down the stairs and you come to the pool and sunbathing area, as well as the garden. The main bedroom also has a fireplace. - The guest house is located by the pool and is basically a studio flat. It has a living room/bedroom with a bathroom and small kitchen area. - Fully furnished with top of the range furniture, wonderful decorations and accessories, and a few custom-made woodworks.

This happens when staying in this very exclusive and luxurious villa / bungalow in a tranquil, natural setting in the Secret Valley of Dalaman, Akkaya. It consists of a main building and a guesthouse. It is an ideal holiday accommodation for 6 persons. The bungalow was built on 2 acres (8,000 m2) of land, and the private garden has various trees and plants which adds to the villa's privacy. You can relax on the terrace of 150 m2 or in the private pool. From the pool there is a grand view of the Lake and breathtaking views of the surrounding nature and forest. There is also private parking. The villa lies just 20 minutes from the airport.
