Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars. A deposit of 50% is due within 10 days of booking. The balance is due 45 days before arrival. A damage deposit of $200 wll be returned within 10 business days of departure. Any off-Island phone calls will be deducted from the deposit. Cancellation Policy: for cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival,there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 45 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one nights rent. there are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Rules: Local,on-island phone calls are free. Rentors must use phone cards or credit cards for off-island calls or the bill will be deducted from their damage deposit.
