Cleaning charge of $65 or £40 is included in all bookings of 1 week and above. Optional pool heating available at a cost of $120 or £70 per week. 10% off all bookings of 3 weeks or more. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 10 - 16 weeks prior to arrival, there is a fee of 50% of the booking, less the deposit. For cancellation less than 6 weeks prior to arrival there is a fee of 75% of the booking, less the deposit. For cancellation between 4 weeks and date of arrival there is a fee of 100% of the booking, less the deposit. Good travel insurance is stongly advised. Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit.
