Ref 1852 The small hamlet of Hillend, on the edge of Castlemorton, is the lovely location for the incredible Beesoni Lodge, a fabulous converted barn. Modern fixtures and fittings have been successfully blended with the original property’s traditional charm to create a delightful holiday property for the discerning visitor. The exquisitely furnished and decorated accommodation is arranged over the ground floor and includes four bedrooms, one of which has a luxurious four poster bed, a fitted kitchen with a Rangemaster cooker and a pleasant garden in which to relax after a day’s activities.

Oil central heating, underfloor heating in bathrooms. Electric oven & hob, microwave, 2 x fridge, freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer in utility, dishwasher, 2 x colour TV, DVD, CD, games/books. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. 2 travel cots (linen not provided) & 2 highchairs on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Large private lawned garden with furniture & outdoor games. Patio with BBQ (charcoal not provided). 1 well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pubs 2 miles. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
