Ideally situated for the creeks of Cassis and Aix. Only 20 min from the seaside or from the hustle and bustle of the local markets in Aix in Provence. Local shops, several supermarkets, wine shops and banks. There are local golf courses only 20 min away. Large open south facing lounge of 50m2, large kitchen which gives onto west facing terrace which captures the sun from morning to late afternoon.

Ideal for 2 families sharing. A beautiful natural pool with separate lagoon full of flowering water plants and a waterfall feature, perfect for a relaxing evening after a hard day on the beach or visiting the area. The swimming area is approx 11mx6m. The deep end is ideal for diving as it is 2m deep. The shallow end has a large step which is ideal for children or toddlers as the water is only 30cm deep, it also makes a nice sitting area in the pool. The water is filtered naturally so there is no chlorine or other chemical products used, so no more eye smarting. The house terraces face South and West. Table tennis table in the grounds. Private parking area and automatic gates.

Situated between the beautiful fishing village of Cassis and the busy market town of Aix-en-Provence the house is ideally situated for both those who love to laze around on the beach or go for hikes in the beautiful countryside. Aix-en-Provence is a beautiful town famous for both for Cezanne and its universities. The colorful markets are full of Provencal goods ranging from herbs and spices. To local olive oil. The town of Marseilles is only a 30 minute drive away and is beautiful town with many famous buildings such as 'Notre Dame de la Garde' or the Old Por.

The swimming pool consists of 2 separate pools. One is a lagoon with water lilies and lotus plants which filter the water and the 2nd is the swimming area. As the pool is naturally filtered we ask our guests to not enter the pool with sun tan cream as this harms the natural Eco system of the pool. A shower area is provided next to the pool in order to rinse yourself off before diving in. The flowers in the lagoon are very beautiful in the summer and it is very pleasant to hear the babbling brook sound of the water fall. The house is set in 5000 m2 of land, some of which is set out as lawns and the rest left as natural pine forest.
