Provencal Style Villa With Large Private Garden Built in 1980 this is a very spacious Villa. The public rooms comprise modern kitchen, large dining room, living room, lounge and two utility rooms. This is a family home and, as such, is comfortably furnished. There is a large paved terrace to the rear and a paved covered front patio perfect for outdoor eating. There is a barbeque and a large (12m*6m) unheated pool. Aragon is an ideal base from which to explore rural France in general and the historic 'Cathar Country' of Languedoc in particular. The stunning turreted and walled medieval city of Caracassone is only 15 minutes drive. The Med is only 1 hour away.
The villa lies at the entrance to a National Park and is ideal for a walking or biking holiday. Golf is available nearby as is sailing and canoeing. Visit bustling Toulouse to the north (1 hour) or exotic Perpignan to the south (1¼ hour) via the roman city of Narbonne (1 hour). Payment Policy: Payment is preferred in Euros by bank transfer and details will be given when booking. 1/ 3rd deposit is requested two months before the booking with the balance paid one month before. On receipt of the final payment we will send you a key to the mail box where you will find the keys to the house, pool gate etc. Keys (incl mailbox key) should be deposited in the mail box on leaving. We have not asked for money as security for breakages but trust that all breakages will be notifed and replaced. Cancellation Policy: For notified cancellations up to 8 weeks before the start of the holiday there will be a full refund. For cancellations after 8 weeks but before 4 weeks 50% of deposit will be refunded. After 4weeks we expect full payment and there will be no refunds. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
