Position: The house is in a residential area, conveniently close to the centre of town, about 1500 yards away, with a bakery much closer about 500 yards away. Pertuis, is on the fringe of the Luberon National Park, close to the Gorges de Verdon and Lac Ste Croix. There are tennis courts three miles away and golf 12 miles away. The magical city of Aix en Provence is quarter of an hours drive from Pertuis. There are plenty of vineyards close by. The enclosed gardens are filled with trees and shrubs, with lawns and a kidney shaped swimming pool (8x4m, 25/06-27/08), which has a security shelf. There is a covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Table tennis and table football. Parking for two cars.
