Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars.
Non Refundable Service Fee: all reservations require a non refundable service fee of US$45.
Non Refundable Reservation Deposit: to guarantee and hold your reservation a non refundable reservation deposit equivalent to 20% of the total rent is required. This deposit is discounted from total payment at check in.
Pay Pal or Western Union deposits are accepted. The balance to be paid in cash at check in.
Reservation Confirmation: reservations are guaranteed after the non refundable service fee and non refundable reservation deposit are paid.
Damage deposit: paid in cash at check in and returned in full at check out on condition of no theft or damage to property. Rules: For Availability Contact Owner first. Reservation deposit may then be sent via PayPal or Western Union. Remaining amount of rent is to be paid in cash upon arrival at the property and signing rental agreement. A guarantee deposit 20% less than the actual rent will be required on entering the property in cash. This guarantee deposit is returned on leaving the property after checking the inventory
