Beavers Bend State Park offers an interpretive nature center and the entire area offers hiking trails for all experience levels in a deep forest setting. You will have access to thousands of acres of the Ouachita National Forest near the cabins, where you will find great hiking trails, bird watching, deer and turkey hunting, mountain biking, horseback riding and ATV 4-wheeler riding. We are also home to Oklahoma’s ONLY year round trout stream! This means lots of privacy and plenty of lake to enjoy without fighting the crowds. Skiers and wake boarders love the calm waters. Fishing is excellent for many species and the lake holds the state record large mouth bass at just under 15 lbs!
