Long Weekends - 3 night minimum and tariff of $300.00 per night.
Easter - 5 night minimum and tariff of $300.00 per night.
Melbourne Cup - 4 night minimum and tariff of $300.00 per night. Cancellation Policy: A fee of 20% will be deducted from the deposit for a cancellation made more than two weeks before your intended stay.
For a cancellation made less than two weeks before your intended stay, the full deposit will be retained unless another booking can be made to cover the cancelled dates. Rules: Sunday to Thursday (non-school holidays) - Stay 5 nights pay for 4
