In Bras continue to the center (until "Café Nemrod"), and after 200 ft. turn left at the plane trees into "Emile Combes" lane. Then follow our blue signs for another mile to the hilltop.

Payment Policy:
All rates are in EUROS.
A deposit of 25% of the full amount (minimum one night’s rent) is due within 7 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival (exceptionally the day of arrival). Money orders and PayPal secured internet credit card payment are accepted. Cancellation Policy: Should you wish or need to cancel a confirmed booking with us, the deposit will not be refunded as it acts as a guarantee to keep the room available for you and covers our cost and loss of earnings for the rejection of other requests for the same room and period.
Note: an additional percentage of your rental is due, depending on the number of days between your cancellation and your planned arrival date. - 30 to 15 days prior to your planned arrival date: + 10% of the full rental - 14 to 7 days prior to your planned arrival date: + 30% of the full rental - 6 to 2 days prior to your planned arrival date: + 50% of the full rental - 1 day before and the day of your planned arrival date: + 70% of the full rental
However, in case we manage to rent the room/apartment reserved for you to another guest and for the same period, we will fully refund your deposit as well as penalties.
You may change your booking dates without penalties up to 2 weeks prior to your planned arrival date.
If for organizational or other internal reasons we need to make alterations to a confirmed reservation (i.e. allocate another room in our house), we will notify you immediately and offer accommodation of the same or higher standard. This event, however, does not constitute any legal justification for guests to cancel their booking and demand a deposit refunding. Rules:
