A Frame Cottage On Brantingham Lake Nestled into the South East shore bay of Brantingham lake lies the 2 acre Grant Island. Home to two full size cottages Grant Island is a perfect getaway from it all. Enjoy the quiet and pristine waterfront environment on a private island all the while having access to the outside world thru, phone with unlimited long distance, Wifi internet, complete computer setup, premium cable television on large screen tv. Cottage has brick fireplace, fully stocked kitchen with stove/oven, 4 semi private bedrooms, screened in porch, extra large propane grill, hammock, picnic table and a rustic wood interior.

Cottage is a small 1 bedroom with a loft that can sleep up to 6 but we limit capacity to 4. Bedroom has a Queen size bed and loft has 3 single beds. Living room has a Futon also.
