Ref 5342 Pen y Bryn Cottage is a cosy detached single storey cottage next to the owners’ home, in the countryside a couple of miles outside Bodfari, near Denbigh in North Wales. There is one double bedroom with French doors leading out to the parking area, allowing easy, level access for any guest with mobility problems. There is a shower room with shower, basin and WC. The living area is open plan, with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area which has a woodburner and also two sofabeds, making the cottage suitable for small families or friends as well as couples. Outside is off road parking, storage for bikes and use of a patio and orchard with sitting areas to enjoy the country views. Close enough to Snowdonia to enjoy the activities yet also within easy reach of the coast, the city of Chester or even vibrant Liverpool, Pen y Bryn Cottage makes a great year-round base.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and freezer in utility, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio. Fuel, power and fuel for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Storage for mountain bikes. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio and orchard with furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: Cottage is accessed via six steps to the porch, but also has level access directly from the parking area via French doors in the bedroom, meaning it may be suitable for accompanied disabled. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
