Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.
Payments for reservations made within sixty days prior to arrival are due in full at the time of reservation.
No one will be permitted to check-in unless his or her balance is paid in full. Cancellation Policy: We require a valid credit card for all reservations. Reservations are guaranteed upon payment of a (25%) twenty-five percent deposit.
Deposits on monthly rentals are refundable when cancellation is received in writing at least ninety days prior to the reservation date. There is a $400 fee for cancellations prior to 90 days.
Cancellations thereafter are non-refundable. Changes to the initial rental agreement are subject to price increases and availability. Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
All guests are responsible for any damage to their unit and long distance telephone charges.
