Ty Bron's View Ref 3801 A well presented mid terraced cottage in the Welsh village of Blaencwm, which offers comfortable, well equipped accommodation. There are two double bedrooms, and a sofabed in the sitting room, which also has a woodburner, wonderful for those chilly evenings. The cottage enjoys views over a waterfall, especially from the patio garden, great for a relaxing summer evening meal. There is plenty to do in the area, from walking and cycling to paragliding and enjoying the nature reserves, heritage parks, canals and more all within easy reach.

Full gas central heating, additional heating from woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 x colour TVs with basic Freeview, DVD, stereo/CD player, small library of DVDs, books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Ample roadside parking. Small, enclosed courtyard to rear of cottage with garden furniture and BBQ. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 15 mins walk, pub 3 mins walk. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
