Downe Cottages Ivy Cottage is an exceptionally large two bedroomed cottage. The two bedrooms are on the ground floor and both have en suite shower rooms. The master bedroom has a five foot double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms are large double bedrooms with two bedside cabinets and chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and both have three quarter length mirrors on the walls.

The living, dining and kitchen area (some 16' x 32') is on the first floor. This single room is the “wow factor” in Ivy. Most visitors are simply delighted the first time they come up the stairs in Ivy.

The first floor has views over the Atlantic north to Lundy Island through one of two full length French windows that look west and north. Traditional scissor trusses dating from the middle of the nineteenth century run the length of the cottage.
