This 120 m2 newly renovated apartment with balcony is located on the 2nd floor and consists of three bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom and a kitchen. There are two bedrooms [each] furnished with a large double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). In the third bedroom there are 2 large double beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m) making the apartment suitable for a max. of 8 persons. The property is comfortably equipped and includes a cable TV (there is a TV in one of the bedrooms also) DVD player, CD player and radio. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. For a rental of 7 nights you will get a free parking space (upon request and according to availability). You can also find free parking spaces on the crossroad.
