This 60qm 2-room apartment is situated in the quiet wing of the building (the building has an elevator). The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. In the bedroom you'll find a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m). In the living room there is a sofa bed (mattress 140cm x 200cm) making the apartment suitable for a max. of 4 persons. This non-smoking holiday apartment is equipped with: cable TV, DVD player and CD / radio (upon request). You have a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A hairdryer and iron are available upon request. The open kitchen is fully equipped including a coffeemaker, microwave, toaster and kettle. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. For a rental of 7 you get a free parking space (upon request and according to availability). You can also rent a garage space for a fee. The apartment also has free Internet access (upon request).

For guests of this apartment we offer a rich buffet breakfast (including coffee or tea) in our "R23" restaurant for the low price of 6.00 € per person (on weekends a brunch is available for just € 9.00!). We also offer guests a varying daily menu for 5.50 euro plus a varied dinner menu to suit all tastes (bookable locally).
