Birch Point : 4 Executive Waterfront Cottages on Big Clear Lake Birch Point Cottage This lake has a sandy beach. It is a beautiful, peaceful setting on pristine water. The swimming is exceptional and weed free. The fishing is good with pickerel, bass and pike. The cottage is the last cottage on the road which creates a very private and peaceful setting. The cottage has been recently renovated. One of the features is an eight man hot tub that overlooks the lake providing a beautiful view of the lake. The cottage has a ping pong table and a pool table. There are tennis courts at the park five minutes away. No Smoking, Ping Pong Table, Fire Pit, Deck, Satellite TV, Private Hot Tub, Boat Dock, Washing Machine Only, Shower, Wood Stove, Near Boat Launch, Lakefront, Stereo, Pool Table, Parking Available, Near Beach, Private Gas Barbecue, Lake View, Lake, Outdoor Tennis Courts
