Ref 4232 The Loft is a welcoming end of terrace cottage, on a working livestock farm, situated just three miles from the historic town of Annan. The cottage is a former 19th Century stable block, which has been renovated to a good standard to provide a light and airy open plan living area with a well equipped fitted kitchen area and sitting area that has wonderful picture windows, which overlook the farm. This cottage sleeps four and has two bedrooms - one double and one single, plus there are many shared on-site facilities including a hot tub, games room, children's playground and gardens. There are many attractions and places to visit nearby, such as Annan with its links to history, and walkers, cyclists and golfers are all well catered for with many walks, cycle tracks and golf courses in the area. The breathtaking Lake District and Hadrian's Wall are within driving distance. The Loft is an ideal cottage from which to explore this magnificent area.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
