Ref 10179 Mallard Cottage is a terraced ground floor cottage on the owner’s working farm near to the seaside village of Amroth on the Pembrokeshire coast. The cottage has two bedrooms (one double and one with bunks) as well as a family shower room and so can sleep four people. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars, a front seating area and shared use of a lawned garden. With its neighbouring cottages, Mallard Cottage can sleep a total of fourteen people in a beautiful location in South Wales.

Oil central heating. LPG gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared use of washing machines and tumble dryer in utility, dishwasher TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, small selection of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Seating area in front of cottage with furniture. Shared lawned garden behind cottages. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Fenced duck pond in grounds. Note: Dogs to be kept under strict control while outdoors. Note: Cottage accessed down an uneven farm track of 0.2 miles. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
