Ref 2846 The self-contained cottage offers beautifully decorated and spacious accommodation, with large shared gardens and wonderful views of the open countryside. Take advantage of the lovely walks and cycling opportunities of the 20 mile long Ystwyth Trail, visit the sandy beaches of the coastline of West Wales, or spend the day in Aberystwyth strolling around the many shops, pubs, art gallery, museum and promenade. Everyone will find something they enjoy here, and this cottage is lovely accommodation for the whole family.

Full oil fired central heating, additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, shared use of 2 x washing machines and 2 x tumble dryers in separate laundry room, colour TV with basic Freeview, DVD, CD player, small library of games, books and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Bike storage. Shared lawned garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Children's wendy house. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop 8 miles. Pub 5 miles. Note: Stabling for 2 horses can be arranged with the owner.

There are three bedrooms at the property – one double on the ground floor, one twin and a further double. The ground floor bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and WC. The spacious fitted kitchen has a breakfast area and the sitting room has a dining area and electric fire.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'. All fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Cot and highchair available on request.
