Ref 10455 Enlli is a lovely barn conversion, one of three in this location, six miles from Aberystwyth. With three bedrooms, a double with en-suite, a double and an adult bunk bedroom, as well as a family bathroom, this is a great base for a family. There is also a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside there is a private patio, and shared use of a paddock, great for games. There is also off road parking for two cars. Enlli is a fantastic place to a lovely family holiday.

Full oil central heating with additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer in separate shared utility, dishwasher, 2 x colour TVs with basic Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, small selection of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. (please bring own beach towels). Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private patio area with garden furniture and BBQ, plus shared lawned area and use of large paddock. Shared use of children’s play area with swings and slide. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: There is one step up into the en-suite shower room. No Telephone, No Smoking, Parking Available, Child Friendly, Crib, Washer/Dryer, Bunk Bed, Double Bed

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
