Ref 6874 Penpegws Cottage is a detached cottage in the village of Rhydyfelin, just a couple of miles from Aberystwyth on the west coast of Wales. The cottage has one double bedroom and two single bedrooms, both with pull out beds and an additional sofa bed which means that the cottage can sleep up to seven people. Also in the cottage is a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside the cottage is off road parking for three cars and a large grassed area. With the whole of the coastline to discover, Penpegws Cottage is a superb holiday home in a lovely part of Wales.

Electric heating throughout, additional heating from woodburner in sitting room. Range cooker with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and tumble dryer (in outside storage area), washing machine, TV, DVD, WiFi, books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Highchair. Off road parking for three cars. Secure cycle storage. Informal large grassed area with extra enclosed orchard. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles. Pub 10 mins walk. Golf course 10 mins walk. Note: Cottage adjacent to quiet country lane, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Water from private bore hole. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
