We recommend a the use of a car, as it's easier to get around. Supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, open daily market, shops, can be found in Beaulieu sur mer, only 2 mn's drive away from Silva Maris. Payment Policy:
Rates are in Euro.
A deposit of 30% is required on making the booking, the balance to be paid one month before arrival. On receipt of the deposit you will receive a Rental Invoice and Contract. On receipt of the balance, directions to the apartment and contact details for meeting the apartment manager will be forwarded. The manager will have the keys and show you around the apartment.
The rental rate includes bed linen, towels, internet and electricity. Cleaning and laundry on leaving the apartment is 150 euros to be paid cash upon arrival
There is security payment of € 500 which is payable to the villa manager on collection of the keys. The Security Deposit will be refunded on return of the keys subject to no damage to the property, the fixtures or fittings. If convenient, the deposit can be held in any of the major currencies.
